SENCAB increases activism in interactive processes for occupational groups, Puplished 20/12/2012

Towards supporting rural enterprise growth, SENCAB’s programme for enhancing the sustainability of rural economic structures in the development of small scale activities includes focusing on engagement with traditional authorities to support indigenous economic activities in their organizational capacities through the organization of methodologies, skills training and coordination of partnerships supporting community based capacity development.

Against this background, SENCAB recently organized a pilot phase group interactive process within the Akutuase community in the Mpohor Wassa East district to enable the creation of organizational development awareness for more precise identification of occupational groupings in capacity building processes.
